County Clerk/Recorder Special Hours' Notice

On October 1, 2026, the Main office will be closed from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm and will reopen from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The South Satellite office will be closed from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

To deliver consistent, high-standard public service across both office locations, CCR is hosting its first full-team, offsite staff development training during a midday closure. Bringing all staff together provides an opportunity for cross-office alignment, and to sharpen our customer service standards. This investment in our team will enhance the overall service experience for our customers and stakeholder partners.

• Open: 8:00 am – 10:00 am
• Office Close: 10:00 am – 3:00 pm
• Office Reopen: 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Satellite Office South

• Office Open: 9:00 am – 10:00 am
• Office Close: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
• Office Reopens: Friday, October 2nd at 9:00 am
