Our office has a program which allows an individual to be deputized to perform a marriage ceremony. The person to be deputized must be at least 18 years old.
How to Apply
Complete the online Deputy Commissioner Application Form, and electronically submit it to our office. Note: At least one person on the application form must be a resident of Sacramento County.
Once the application is received, a representative will contact you to schedule an appointment for deputation. A fee of $30.00 is due at the time of the appointment.
