Donna Allred is the Sacramento County Clerk/Recorder. She was appointed by the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors in December 2014. Ms. Allred has been with the Clerk/Recorder’s Office for over 26 years in various aspects of operations. She was a Chief Deputy Clerk/Recorder from 2007 until her appointment as the County Clerk/Recorder.
Ms. Allred is an active member of the California Association of Clerks and Election Officials (CACEO), County Recorder’s Association of California (CRAC), Property Education Partners, Property Records Education Partners, and Property Records Industry Association. She has served on several committees and groups including the Legislative Committee for CACEO, and the Recorder’s Document Reference and Indexing Manual Committee. Ms. Allred is also an instructor for the Statewide Staff Training Workshops for CACEO and CRAC.
